I provided the correct information on the Old Enrollment fields but system says incorrect student

  1. Open a web browser (Google Chrome or Firefox) and go to www.schoolaide.schooldomain.edu.pharrow-up-right.

  2. Log in to SchoolAide using your credentials.

  3. Click on "Enrollment" in the menu.

  4. Select "Masterlist" from the options.

  5. Click on "Re-Enrollment."

  6. Filter the old school year.

  7. Click on "View Details."

  8. Check the account email.

  9. You can either link the account or use the associated email.
